Hosted2events

The Hong Kong Federation of Trade Unions (CCTU) is committed to maintaining basic interests alongside wage earners. In the situation of moving towards a knowledge-based society, the Workers' Union established a professional training center in 1994 and registered as a non-profit educational institution.

The CMB Training Center adheres to the people-oriented, professional and innovative concept and is committed to providing professional vocational training courses and employment counselling services to employees, organizations and institutions to enhance the competitiveness of employees and enterprises and to contribute to social development. .

To meet the needs of the workplace, we have established a wide range of industry curriculum consulting frameworks, consulting employees and employers to design and develop more emerging courses that are suitable for the industry.

We have nine campuses in Kowloon, Kwai Chung, Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai, Tai Po, Tuen Mun and Sha Tin.

In addition to providing a wide range of professional and professional training services, we also attach great importance to the training and development of talents. For example, we arrange various training and retreat activities for our colleagues and provide policies to encourage colleagues to continue their education. In 2015-19, we won the ERB Talent Enterprise Award and several ERB program awards. In the future, we will continue to do our best to achieve the "people-oriented" policy!
